Am I too late to file my Tax Return?
I heard the self-assessment Tax Return deadline was 31 October. Have I missed it?
If you do not use Revenue Online Services (ROS) to file your tax return then the deadline for the self-assessment tax return was 31 October 2023.
For those that use ROS the pay & file deadline is usually mid-November. This year the deadline for people who pay and file online is 15 November 2023.
On or before this date you must file your 2022 self-assessment income tax return, pay your income tax balance for 2022 and pay your preliminary tax for 2023.
