Vistakon to add 100 new jobs as it builds new headquarters in Limerick
The firm is to invest 100 million into its expansion.
Vistakon Ireland revealed that it will be investing up to 100 million in its expansion plans, creating more positions in the process.
And the construction process, which is set to take 18 months to complete, will also create 200 temporary jobs as small businesses look for growth despite the tough economic climate.
Paul Connolly, a vice-president of manufacturing at Vistakon, explained that the location is ideal for new headquarters.
"Limerick was chosen for this strategically important investment because of its track record over many years in providing quality products and excellent customer service to markets around the globe," he added.
Meanwhile, research published by IDA Ireland last week revealed that around 6,570 jobs were created by foreign investment in Ireland last year, suggesting Ireland is an attractive place in which to do business.
